Scott Greenstein is President of Entertainment and Sports at SIRIUS Satellite Radio, overseeing all of the satellite radio broadcaster’s programming, marketing and corporate marketing activities.

At USA Films, he managed all aspects of its film activities and supervised the company’s home entertainment business through USA Home Entertainment which handled home video/DVD distribution for the National Football League, National Hockey League, National Basketball Association and Major League Baseball.

At USA Films, he managed all aspects of its film activities and supervised the company’s home entertainment business through USA Home Entertainment – which handled home video/DVD distribution for the National Football League, National Hockey League, National Basketball Association and Major League Baseball.

Mr. Greenstein served as Co-President of October Films, where he was instrumental in acquiring, marketing and releasing such critically acclaimed films such as ‘The Apostle,’ and the Academy Award-winning documentary, ‘The Last Days,’ which was executive produced by Steven Spielberg.

Prior to May 2004, Mr. Greenstein was Chief Executive Officer of The Greenstein Group, a media and entertainment consulting firm.

Greenstein helped form broadcasting partnerships with the National Football League, NASCAR, and the NBA, many of America’s top colleges, as well as with the organizers of English Premier League Football and tennis’ Wimbledon Championships.

Greenstein has extensive entertainment industry experience, and prior to joining the company he was a consultant to SIRIUS on the strategic agreements that were forged with the National Football League and Penske.

Previously, Greenstein was Chairman of USA Films, a motion picture production, marketing and distribution company.

Prior to joining October Films, Mr. Greenstein was Senior Vice President of Motion Pictures, Music, New Media and Publishing at Miramax Films, and held senior positions at Viacom Inc., a diversified media and entertainment company.

Under Greenstein’s leadership, USA Films released Steven Soderbergh’s Traffic as its first in-house supervised production, which won four Academy Awards and two Golden Globe Awards.

From 1997 until 1999, Mr. Greenstein was Co-President of October Films, a motion picture production, marketing and distribution company.

Mr. Greenstein served as Chairman of USA Films since 1999, where he oversaw all aspects of its film activities and supervised its home entertainment business through USA Home Entertainment, which handled home video DVD distribution for the NFL, NHL, NBA, and MLB.

Greenstein also served in senior management positions at Viacom International.
